VSOH - Server Downtime: Thursday, 1-24-08 4:00 AM PST : Vanguard News

Really, we mean it this time! All Vanguard servers will be brought down tomorrow morning at 4:00 am PST for a scheduled patch. The downtime shouldn't exceed four hours, with the servers expected to be up and ready for play by 8:00 am PST.

The patch contains a few general fixes, as well as remedies for some adventuring, crafting, and known gameplay bugs. You can visit VGPlayers after the patch for a complete list of notes.
