Cabal Lag/disconnect issue update : Cabal Online - News

This is a further update for people experiencing lag and disconnection issues within the game.

Technicians at our ISP have confirmed that from between 6pm GMT yesterday and 3am GMT this morning, Telecomplete was suffering problems with one of it's switches. The caused a severe impendence on performance and ultimately required the replacement of the hardware. This is should now be resolved.

If you are still experiencing a problem you can still help us to narrow down the issue by taking a trace of your route to our game servers and sending it to us via the Support Centre or to support@cabalonline.com

Again, we recommend that you use WinMTR that can be downloaded here http://winmtr.sourceforge.net/

You should run the trace to 82.219.34.1 or www.cabalonline.com, leave the trace running for a few minutes (200+ pings) and then save the data and send it to us.
