Greetings and Salutations from the MgameUSA GM Team,

Please check your status for e-mail confirmation if you get
an error message stating “Account has not been registered or incorrect password”
when you are trying to log-in to Hero.

All players must confirm their e-mail BEFORE playing Hero Online. Currently, unconfirmed e-mail users will get the message ”Account has not been registered or incorrect password”. You WILL receive this message if you HAVE NOT confirmed your account, this is NOT an error.

We will always put our best foot forward for all users in the game.
