Install problem : VGExtreme General Discussion

I saw this question posted somewhere. But i had'nt install the client yet so didnt think anything of it. Well once i installed, i couldnt remember where i saw that post. So i did a million searches, and looked for about 30 minutes scrolling through discussions and i have yet to find it.. Upon completion of downloading, i extract files, and click on the client. it reads "Cannot find mscoree.dll. Please re-install this application"
