I think you should try a complete reinstall of exhume. Also go and make sure its in the c drive.

ok i havent tried anything with in a week or so because i was to annoyed with the whole thing. i just tried deleting everything exept extremeupdater. will it was updating i saw this error

Non fatal error : The process cannot access the file 'C:\VGExtreme.1.12\UpdateVGExtreme.exe' because it is being used by another process.


could this be the problem i hope so and i hope some one can tell me how to fix it plz................. :(

Reboot. And then delete all files EXCEPT the updateVGExtreme.exe.

And run it.

tried rebooting deleted everything exept updater and exhume exact same error as before came up :(

If you are still getting:

Non fatal error : The process cannot access the file 'C:\VGExtreme.1.12\UpdateVGExtreme.exe' because it is being used by another process.


You have a corrupt windows system, security program (antivirus, etc), or a virus, trojan, etc. that is causing it to not work.

As nobody has ever reported that error, I'm afraid it appears to be specific to your computer.

ok great well you know what i mean would nortons 360 have anything to do with it i will run a full scan and see what happens. ty
