Request: Yakhmar Raid Strategy : Age of Conan Discussions

Any information about Yakhmar's triggered skills and some good positioning for attempts would be greatly appreciated. I am not looking for information about how to exploit, only legit ways to approach.

The adds will trigger "stun effect" if they are getting hurt på Lightning dmg. There is a class (HoX, PoM?) not sure who rly, but they have an "buff" effect that trigger lightning dmg to nearby enemies. So make sure every lightning dmg is turned off during the fight.

The adds have been nerfed, but they are still strong. The best way to kill them fast, is to gather them up and AoE them down. The fight is 'bout having tanks to get the adds together and AoE dps to take them down. That way you have enough time to dps Yakhmar before new adds are coming.

Yakhmar is a hard shi fight, so I'm pretty sure it will be nerfed in the close feature.

Well our biggest problem is getting the adds off of the tank group. The second they spawn they seem to aggro MT or healers 1hit x 4-5 adds is instant death.

Is there any way to position so that the spawns come from somewhere predictable and easy to pick up fast?

Does that glitch where you can use a necro or a demo to pull yak up the wall still work?
