You'll need a damn good computer, but you can run one on your original OS and another on a Virtual Machines with softwares like VMWare.

Yeah you can use VMware but it'd slow you down way too much.

I've been running 5 clients just fine on vista, just run them as administrator and its all good. :)

Hey man, I'm in the same boat as you. It's weird that so many people can dual account and not have any problems, but we still gat tht damn 'patch failed, will restart shortly' garbage.

The machine I'm on easily plays my EU adn NA accounts at the same time, but when I try to play 2 EU accounts the trouble begins.

Waiting for the lobby process to stop (fully logged in), running as admin, etc has not effect....

Anyone else have any suggestions for this?

BTW, im on Vista 64, quad, 8gig mem

with windows xp u can run as many accounts as your machine can handle, but for vista run the1st account in normal mode and the 2nd account as administrator, ive not actually done this but heard alotof guild mates talking about it,its worth giving it a try.

I run both as admin on Vista. Something to keep in mind with the former suggestion is that if you don't run all DF clients and your Vent client as admin, you'll have issues with Vent not working until you tab over to it.

Also a good idea is to copy/install DF on your secondary drive. This way both drives are working, one for each client, putting less stress on your primary.
