Run Downhill Faster! : Darkfall Online - Submissions

Hello Everyone,

This bug works when running down hills


How it works:

1) Find a steep incline of a hill/mountain (Doesnt have to be zomg straight vertical but rather steep)

2) Run at the incline and jump so you land ON THE INCLINE

3) Spam your jump key will increase your speed (I would say roughly 50% of mount speed)

It takes some time to master but easy once you get it.


NOTES:

This works on hills, mountains, downward hanging ceilings.

This also works when you run and jump into a body of water that has an incline -> you must have enough speed to hit the bottom of the water tho

This should be common knowledge to everyone who plays the game. I always use it when chasing others on mounts, or being chased. I don't do it without a mount though.

its been another of that guy bumping a necro'd post,i really wish he would stop it.

posted already that if you spam jump while jumping it increases asif you are jumping as many times as you press space bar

and also it doesnt just only work on mounts, it can be done unmounted but you will pay the price by taking pretty heavy fall damage.
