basically empty the mine, then destroy it to 0% then repair it with repair shards and the mine is full again /win

nay-does not work --- is there a specific % it needs to be repaired to?

I think you falsified your information after reading todays patch notes, this does not help a community based on sharing.

Mines need to be repaired to 25% same with all building before there useable.
