Somehow people are hitting 120 stats with Title Quests/Med : Darkfall Online - Submissions

A clanny of mine hit 120 wisdom with his title quest UNBUFFED through meditation but he's not sure how it happened. I was wondering if anyone knows anyone who was able to do the same or able to replicate it?
