If you water log in a fight and someone kills you your body never appears and you can log back in with all of your stuff.

Are you sure?

There was a server log-out issue the day + 1 from the patch, if you kill anyone anywhere when they log out, they will die and corpse disappears. After they relog they are low hp but fully geared.
