ok I have a 60 warrior and a 60 hunter both on seperate servers an none of the times did I have trouble making money at low levels. Now as I start my paladin on his own server it's like he gets some money and poof it's gone. I'm not used to being so broke! :?

I played a pally, and I found the easiest way to make money at those levels was through mining. Item drops alone weren't enough to cover my expenses, so I had to turn to something else. Copper ore is abundant in both the human starting zones and the dwarf zones (at least on my server). Just spend a little time gathering stacks of ore, and you'll be set in no time in terms of money.

Yeah, instance runs are always good for money. I dunno what race your pally is (human or dwarf obviously), but Deadmines is a good low level instance in Westfall (if you are a dwarf, you'll have to get over there). Run it several times at least, and you should end up with decent cash/items, and good XP.

What a nice guy.

Anyways, he's still sort of right, just do lower level 5 man instances. They'll still load you up with cash/items/xp. There's no reason NOT to do them.

Sure there is! Although mobs drops more money (because they are leet) in instances, it is not 5x as much money as a regular mob.

Solo is best XP
Solo is best money

I think the best way to make money early on is to pick skinning and mining as professions and sell copper bars and light leather at the AH. Also, kill humanoids and sell the linen cloth.

Palys lose their cash just as fast as Pamila Anderson lost her virginity.

Sorry keisei. Hah, I meant the term very loosely, in a very non gender specific manner.
