The Epic warrior Breastplate of Chromatic Flight (if I'm spelling it right) is something you get after doing a quest right? If so, I was wondering if someone could tell me where I could get this quest. Thanks!

in UBRS...you go along you see this little dragon dude (forgot his name) but he looks dead and is green to you...you must be 60 for this quest, good luck!

Thanks!, Was wondering what he was laying there for. I think his name is Awbee he's a lil blue dragon and two orcs are stomping him. x_x poor guy
