Mage guide request : World of Warcraft General Discussions

For equips at say different intervals for frost specifically. Would be nice to have it start at around level 20ish, explain how intellect, spirit, +damage would effect the different specs. Post it in submissions, please make sure it is a complete guide. Format it properly, if you want to link to pictures that is a plus, but make it in depth.
