Last night (8:00) The Jube'thos server restarted and I waited 2 hours to get on (10:00). As I was logging on I saw that my pre-paid gamecard had expired (and I dont use a gamecard ftw). Pissed I see if there is a way to fix this by searching the WHOLE forums.

Next day (today) I wake up go downstairs and straight away try to log in, same error. I check the forums, in GENERAL and TECHINICAL forums I find blizz's "solution" but it wasn't announced or anything to alert people, just hidden away ! I look at the feedback and they r all negative.

Annoyed I think mabye it might work for me and the Account Management is DOWN.

GG Blizz has shown there inablity for Customer support...

P.S. Does anyone know a way around it????

yes bliz is excelent in their customer support but not better than SE in any way.

GM: Sorry we can not discuss that you have to call the POL support center
Me: I tried they said they cant do it. may i talk to the GM who banned me?
GM: Sorry i am not allowed to do that
Me: May i talk to a SR GM?
GM: Sure right away (p.s. i am still in jail)

*an hour later and still in jail the GM finally comes*

SR GM: Hi i am SRGM bob how may i help you today
Me: Yeah i was banned but i have no idea why
SR GM: Well on here it says you where caught hacking
Me: I was talking to a friend in jeuno and then i was disconnected and it said my account was suspended
GM: Well it says you where hacking so you where hacking. Is there anything else i can do for you today?
Me: No but i........(at this point was warped back to my HP)
Me: Hello?
Server: There was an error and you tell could not be recieved

that story was true except for the gm bob thing. i was never hacking, i was in my moghouse for 4 hours talking to friends and linkshell so never moved. stupid SE and their support

Bah, my guild is being targeted by blizz or something, we cleared MC cept for Domo and Rag, we get ready to down rag... get him to 7%, and then World server Down... Woo... Finaly server comes back, we go back in... All mobs have respawned, no bosses, BB Rag+Domo

GM Tells us that he cant help us... duh... even i could have figured that out... They never do jack !@#$%^&* to help you... Wait 5+hours to get, we cant help you lol, Owned!!!

I lost my GBWS cuz the mob it dropped off of, was a quest mob, which despawn hellza fast, looted it right when she dropped, were finishing off the adds, and GG, despawn, no loot, talked to 3 GMs, and guess what... got no where.


If this game wasnt so addicting, i would have quit by now, and im sure pretty much everyone else would have...

Then... I go to get on 2 nights ago... Login Server was down for... a few hours, i go on the forums since i have nothing else to do, type a really long post about how blizz needs to L2Host, click submit, put in my accnt and pwd, GG, Login Server down...

Wasted 30 mins there, missed BWL, and part of AQ20, Blizz has a shitload of money, they cant deny that... Unless they spend it all on drugs, which im starting to no doubt, they should be able to have the WTFPWN baddestass server evar.

I love when i get the message "We have solved issues with the authentication server, and it is now working properly, as i sit there waitinf got 20mins at the login screen.

I want to go to GM land, and corpse camp those bastards, they are pretty much getting paid to do absolutly nothing, they take a look at my ticket, talk to me for a bit, while obviously dealing with something else, and then tell me they cant do anything... The only thing they give a !@#$%^&* about is when someone reports someone else, then they have a fit, and go apeshit on that person.

i got reported by 40 or so people because i kept tagging Lethon (World Dragon) before the raid group could... Not like it mattered, when i finaly did stop, i watched them get their asses ripped open by Lethon's enormous dragon-peen, ive never seen a raid of full tier 2, do soo poorly on a boss. 65% GG Nubz, anywho, i got suspended for 2 weeks, just for that...

I hate blizz, which is why i come here, to subvert those monkeys since they dono wtf they are doing..

The only way to get caught using cheats is to be stupider than blizz, and blizz doesnt have teh smartz.

Well now that i have Aimed Shot Crit this thread, i think i will go to bed, Night all, Death to blizz, sell out to someone good, even sony is better at hosting than these clowns. Take money, buy worlds oldest computer, make it a wow server!!!

tooo funny,I have talked to a GM before, but they were never mean to me, one GM was pissed at me,cuz i kept asking her and she gave me the account I wanted info. Lol it was funny

Well I was on my hunter doing the quest to get my Rok'delar and I kite this demon all the way down the road. (just for info the mob can't be touched by anyone! and you yourself can't get heals while fighting or buffs.) I know this guy is the easiest but we have a horde guild on our server that seems to just camp this thing for their hunters. So on this very rare chance I wasn't raped and I freaking pwned the demon in a rush of excitement I ran to the body to discover that it glitched and I can't loot it... GG So then I wait for a GM for not just 1 hour 3 freakin hours later the son of a __ talks to me saying "Hello this is GM suchansuch how can I help you. here is pretty much the conversation even though I felt like I was talking to a brick wall:

Velox(me): Ok I did my stupid quest thingy for the Rhok'delar and the mob didn't drop it's head like all the others before it did.

GM Speshil: Hmmmmmm... Did you do it with a group?

Velox: no..

GM Speshil: Did you have someone interfere with the battle?

Velox: no..

GM Speshil: Do you have the Ancient Petrified Leaf (starts the quest drop from MC) for the quest and do you have the quest in your quest log?

Velox: Your joking right?

GM Speshil: Well yes you have to have the leaf and accept the quest first.

Velox: No, I mean you obviously think I would have been trying to kill this guy for the past two weeks and already having all the other heads not know that I need to start the quest?

GM Speshil: Well, this will have to go through [blah blah blah] and then we'll see what happens. Keep this post up though :D

Velox: Well that's great I have to wait till the freaking masterminds find out why it didn't drop?

GM Speshil: sorry we can't do that it's against our policy, but we've fixed the demon so he'll definatly drop the head next time you kill him.

Well that's the story and it took me !@#$%^&* out my guild to come, stop playing tummy sticks, and slaughter the guys using the spawn. And they did and I got my last head another week later. THE END!

GMs are the laziest people I've ever seen, they don't help with anything just blame it on something you did. For example a quest wasn't working (escort quest and the person wouldn't follow you, I asked my guild and in general chat and they all said it was broken for them too) so I petition a GM and eventually one talks to me and first question is, "Do you have any custom UIs?" I say yes so they say "First delete all your custom UIs and if the problem persists petition again." So I tell them that its not working for ANYONE and they say "Well please try to remove your UIs and restart your computer, and please open another petition if the problem persists." LAZY people. I found it funny in the new battleplan found:

Out of my experience with GM's it really depends on who it is. Some are actually really helpful, but some just stink.

I lol'd at your avatar. Yeah GM's are always polite but they always refuse to believe what you say. "Nope it looks like that mob/quest/drop is working fine." "No it's not.. I just tri.." "It's working, have a good day!"

GMs often have very strict rules to follow, which makes it very annoying for getting anything aside from ctrl c ctrl v responses from them

Doesn't matter, if somethings not right, it should be fixed in that instance not just have someone with the power to fix it say "HAVE A NICE !@#$%^&* DAY AND REMEMBER YOUR PAYIN 15 BUCKS A MONTH TO PLAY A GAME THAT HAS 24536546 BUGS IN IT AND WE DONT PLAN TO FIX THEM!"

yeah blizzard cant handle all the users

I've never had a good experience with a GM. I'm thinking about submitting a ticket telling them where they can shove it.
