Well...
1) An instance nobody has played before
2) Impossible not to get PUgs because the Queue is 3 hours+ so if you tell your whole guild to get on, they will take forever
3) It's the hardest instance ever

At least 50% of my raid was experienced and knew what they were doing and we reached the first boss but couldn't down him. We did pretty well, but we couldn't even take out the first pat in another wing. When you get him to 20% he turns to stone and regens ALL of his HP. We are baffled and have no idea what to do.

I was wondering if anyone who has done Naxx has any tips or ideas they could share.
