A short little guide I thought I would put together considering I just spent 5 hours in Naxx on 3 rooms. This is from a Paladin's POV and there is more than what I wrote because I was a little healbot/slime kiter. Please post any info you know about the Abomination room. I think I am missing something about a poison that priests must dispel. Well post away on corrections, and added tips!

[u]Things you need to know![/u]
The first room abominations are tethered. This means that if you bring them far enough from their spawn they will evade and run back and you will go out of combat. It is good and bad. I think the tether is the entrance to the wing or a little inward towards the center.

The second room slimes move at normal speed and have a constant AoE gas effect that does 300 dp2s, keep them separated. After you kill them they re spawn (get thrown down) 3 minutes after the last one dies.

The third room slimes are slow and can/must be kited and AoE'd If you get too close they will own you like those undead monkeys in [u]The Mummy Returns[/u]

Now that you know that, here is a little guide:

The first part is easy, 4 abominations. Have a warrior charge each of them and just kill them one by one.

Second room is trickier. 3 Big Slimes are thrown in the center of the room 3 minutes after the last ones die. They can 1-shot or 2-shot my pre-made paladin. The easiest way to kill them is to have a hunter pull them into the room that the abominations were in. Have your warriors standing right behind the opening ready to get aggro then split up. You must keep them separated because they have a AoE gas type thing that inflicts around 300 damage every 2 seconds to nearby things (10 or 15 yards). The best way to kill them is have the tank get a solid amount of aggro then have ranged blast away at them. Like the first pull, kill them one by one and keep your tanks alive!!!
If you go underneath the balcony, close to the balcony when the boss is up there, he will aggro then walk down a long pathway and bring with him 3 named guys and tons of slimes. This means you have to get everybody to run back to the room in the center so someone can SS then rez. Its not that far of a walk so people can walk (about 1 min walk).

Once the 3 are killed you have 3 minutes untill the big guy is going to come back out on the balcony and throw more Big Slimes into the center of the second room. In the 3 minutes you have to get a (we were alliance) paladin and a mage or 2 to go into the third room. The paladin will bubble, go in, use consecration then run out with all the aggro (you don't need to use concentration to begin with but its extra damage). He will run diagonally through the second room. He will go from the 3rd room entrance through the grate looking thing in the center and just to the left of the second room exit (from the runners point of view). These slimes go really slow, kinda like the slimes in Mara, so he will be able to run past the exit from the second room, then back into the third room with all the slimes in a nice little group behind him. The mage and paladin will proceed to run around the edges of the third room, kiting the slow slimes and the pally will use his AoE undead spells and concentration or whatever. The mage flamestrikes right infront of the slimes. After their second trip around the third room, the second room slimes will spawn (3 of them) Your raid must pull these 3 so the third room people dont agro them because they run normal speed compared to the third room's slow slimes. kill them like you did earlier. Eventually the third room will be cleared (the slow slimes all die about the same time, kinda like the hounds after luci in MC).

Get your raid to get into the third room (don't aggro the boss on the balcony!!!!!!) and clear the forth room soon because the re spawn time for the third room slimes is about 3 minutes also.

Since I was in a 40man PUG we were not very organised and couldn't get into the 4th room in time. So I don't have any info on that room, just the first 3.

I want this to be a living guide, meaning as more information is learned about this wing, I will update it. I am going to try to run it again tonight and get the POV of a warrior.

Well, Its helpfull for guildes who are doing Naxx on the test server B/C no repair costs and free potions and you can use any consumables you had before the transfer (like Flask of Titans) and stuff. Also so I can get the guide done by 1.11 release.

It's nice that the new atlas has Naxx in it. I think it's a little better than that picture you drew.

In the first room there is also a patrol that you have to pull first. He is tethered, you have to pull him right when he is going back up the ramp to the next room. Any other time will pull the other 4 abominantions. This patrol has an AoE too, it basically makes the people around him fly up and come back down, but trust me...it hurts. And also the slimes don't respawn 3 mintues later after the last one dies, they just keep on respawning forever. Once 3 have been respawn the other 3 pop and disappear. This makes the second room extremely tricky...


And also in the 3rd room with the 30 slimes there is a way to bipass them. All you do is get a warlock and 2 pallies. Put a soulstone on one of the pallies, then the pally without the soulstone go in there and kite the 30 slimes away from the door to the 4th room. When the 30 slimes are away from the door the soulstoned pally and a warlock run into the 4th room. The soulstoned pally should then put DI on the warlock. The pally kiting should then just die. Then the 30 slimes will go after the other pally and he should also just die, the slimes wont mess with the warlock because of the DI and will go back to their normal spots. After everything seems clear the soulstone pally should then use it and rez the other pally. After that just use the warlock to summon the rest of the raid over. Easy enough to do and saves a lot of time. =)
