he didnt get it done, he posted that he got to lvl 30 in some amount of das in a different forum. hes just trying to get post count up

I don't think it can be lowered, cause if the post already exists then it would go to his post count which would not lower for his post may still be there

Actually premiums probably by 1,000 tubucks not posts as people could still just farm general.
