Why cant Chinese be on WoW? : World of Warcraft General Discussions

I was readin the post by Tault_admin in "yeah its bean awhile topic" im not sure if this is what u guys wer talking about but if it was that chinese people cant be on WoW why? Im part Spanish/Chinese HARD TO BELIEVE BUT TRUE CUZ OF SLAVE TRADE. Anyways if any1 knows why chinese can be on WoW plz let me know

Chinese players can not be on wow servers in the us / euro servers. They attempt to keep people on thier nationality servers as it makes it easier on players for language barriers. What happens alot is people from china have farming comps set up that do nothing but farm on the us / euro servers to sell back to the players which is bad.

There is also another law in china that states people can only play a few hours a day of MMORPGs but im not 100% sure if its real but it seems to be legit. Read about that one as well. I dont know where you assumed chinese players cant play wow. But they can its just they cant play on us or euro servers legally.

Ya but I dont speak chinese or read it 20,000 charecters? WTF!? I'm not ganna learn all that and even if I could I don't know how to get into Chinese servers and chang text to chinese

Im chinese,but im playing english servers casue i cant typr chinese,theres is actually lots of chinese playing in english servers,but mostly peopel dont believe(i dunno why)all people in my guild are asians,well we hv similar time zones so that we play when its midnight to other players,i guess that why u dont always see chinese

There is alrdy a taiwan version of WoW,poeple who can type chinese or dotn know english will go play that version.

There are many chineze people who play wow, and since you cant type the figureines, many speak another language. Go buy the game, and if you like it, play it.

Yeah, they can, but as tault_admin said, not on EU/US Servers.
