What's the FASTEST way to get money for my epic mount? : World of Warcraft General Discussions

i have been level 60 for like a week or so and i have most of my beasstalker/beastmaster set. i need to know where i can get FAST money for my epic mount...i feel so left out when i go on raids with guildies and im like in the back.
i would just like some help for epic mount so i can start helpin IRL friends with quests and stuff. i can 100% speed run past them and laugh! te he.

This area will get you great blues, and kick !@#$%^&* epics that sell great on some servers. I made my mount in less than a week.

This was with grinding/farming (60 Mage) for 8/12 hours a day. None spot, no AH, no chatting in Gchat, no dying except a few times when my !@#$%^&* got ganked.

Well if you're any good with it download auctioneer. Scan the market for about 2 days maybe 5 times in those 2 days and go buy all the trade goods for buyout that it reccomends to you that look like they'll sell. You really have to know the market but I went from 15g to 350g in 2 days from this.

So glad I didn't have to farm. I looted cloud keeper legplates in AV one day and some idiot bought them for 3k

If you have 300 skinng this would be cake for you (depending on your servers AH)

Black Dragonspawn: Burning Steps (5 - 29 silver a pop)
Black Wyrmkin: Burning Steps (5 - 29 silver a pop)

70% chance to drop rugged leather. (10 peices sell for 3g Mannoroth) ,
20% chance to drop Thick leather (10 peices sell for 2g)
10% chance to drop a Black Dragon Scales (1 sells for 1.75g)

I was farming a little over 200g a day in about 2.5 hours time on my hunter. They also drop alot of grey weapons and armor that sell for 1g ish. The good thing is there is a quest there.. so alot of people might be doing the quest leaving the bodies on the ground and you can skin them.


Also depending on your gear Volchan walks around... Big elite guy easy to kill. He drops some really good blues and greens. His spoan rate is like once every 30 mins.

You could also farm Elemental Fires... These sell for 1.5g each. And while your guys are respawning farm Elemental earth which sell for 2g each.
These drop off of the Burning Exile in Arathi Highlands and the Rumbling Exile in Arathi Highlands but no silver drops. Only money to be made on Fires and earths.

Go and Farm Winterspring for the Eye of Shadow which sells for 100g - 200g or farm instances such as UD Strath for Rare drop items.

with my hunter, 300 in LW i got like 30 deeprock salts and a salt shaker, it makes refined deeprock salt and sells for a lot on my server, can only use once every 3 days though, but that along w/ farming dragonkin in Burning Steppes gets me quite a bit of money a day. if you like raiding, UBRS is great for black dragonscales if your the only skinner there, i got at least 1 off of every dragonkin we killed there, i wasnt able to loot the 61+ cause i dont have + to skinning yet

you could also try mineing or enchanting they both psy out kinda good

Haha klemmbob my friend got krol blade right next to me in AV. Loot was on FFA and i was shift clicking all the corpses. The body was the next one i was after. lol i was sooooo pissed.

I guess you could take people though instances for 100g each instance

Farm Mara, definately best for hunter.

get herbalism and do this cycle for about an hour.

Start in Maraudon collect all ghost mushrooms in the cave then enter each portal see if any pop up on minimap.

Then head too the Demon camp in southern Desolace grab all the gromsblood.

Head back to maraudon and repeat.

you should have between 30-50 of each herb after an hour.

a stack of 20 sells for 20g on AH.

get as much +herbalism enchants and items as you can. more chance of getting 2-3 herb per pick. instead of constantly failing and getting 1 at a time.

Feralas is good too if you have herbalism . the Cure plants quest. as you farm gromsblood from all demon camps you also get quest items to cure plants for tubers etc slower and less profitble tho.

im not real good at this but a good area with decent drops is WPL, the ghouls there drop lots of bone fragments which usually sell well in my server, you can get lots of rep, and they drop greens, can make a fair bit of gold in a little time
