Upgrade Quests and Its rediculous Materials : World of Warcraft General Discussions

Ok so I am starting the upgrade quest for some of my Dungeon set 1 armor to dungeon set 2. The first phase wasnt that bad 15 blood samles that took maybe 30 min to get and 20g for Bracers of Heroism. Then I go in and the next big quest:

Gather 25 Items-
Easy

Get Delicate Arcanite Convertor-
mmm almost not rediculous because it took about an hour of farming Rich Thorium Veins in EPL to find an Archane Crystal and about 100 Thorium.
Plus the 3g to get a Thorium -> Arcanite Transmute and now i just am waiting for a guildie to put together my mats)

Get 4 Greater Eternal Essence-
Why must they make my life hell. This is AT LEAST 10-20g if i buy peoples vedor trash green 50+ weapons for just over what the vendor sells them.

And Finally

40G

Ugh I hope I get something else besides the Belt and Gauntlets to make this worth the time to get the upgrade.

Anyone else do this questing and is it worth my time and money to do the rest of the quest?
