1)They may store their data using a program that does not allow changing of physical attributes, I don't think any of us can determine how difficult it is for them to edit data since I don't think any of us works at blizzard.
2) They left out pandarens because they are not a race that was really essential and important for the alliance or the horde.
3) Enchanting supplies cost differ by server and shards and dust and essence are quite easy to find.
4) Frozen Throne? Blizzard is trying to make money, if they introduced all the things at once there would be no chance for an expansion.
5)They have to pay people to transfer characters which is not just click and drag. They pay them and they need to make some profit too. Chinese farmers would also abuse the system if it cost nothing. Make new alt, send gold to alt, alt buys 500 of X item for 5 gold on A realm and transfers to realm B and sells X item for 50 gold = 4500 gold profit.
6) Your suggesting Pandaren are more imporant than dwarves?
7) Gambling is illegal under 18, and they couldn't accurately determine the age etc. Many kids play WoW.

"WoW left out a huge sign on the box that sais WARNIG VERY ADDICTIVE it is almost impossible to quit wow." WoW is not responsible for you being unable to stop playing. For ex. Say I am addicted to...music, I like it alot and I decide to listen 12 hours a day. I can't demand they put a label on it saying it's addictive. They both don't have a physical dependance so it is a decent analogy.
Note: I think you left out some of the important parts they left out. Player housing and player stores. Only main things I can think of being left out.
