Burning crusade druid gets flight form : World of Warcraft General Discussions

I think its stupid that druids get to fly at lvl 68 w/o paying 9000g at 100% speed. I know I know the 9ks are at 150% but make it something below 100% will ya?

it is below 100%, it is only 60%, speed of normal mount, but the advantage over a normal mount is taking shortcuts over all the hills lol =D

it goes back to WC3 druids could turn into a crow (is that what they will be?) thats what druids are all about... turning into different creatures in nature... go figure... im a warlock i got my free mounts... im happy =P give them a flying form i dont care haha

You shouldn't really care. There are not many druids (at least on my server). And I think the life of a druid is boring in end-game. They only get to heal. So let them have that little fun to go out and fly themselves

im not really saying its bad actually i just hate the fact that the flying mounts are going to cost so much, i mean its like one of the coolest features of the expansion and its just ridiculous

Druids had Crow form in beta and it got taken away. I do think its somewhat unfair that druid will have access to area's that others wont because of flying though.

well other players can go there if they buy a mount...

Well, theres gotta be a catch, my guess is that you can only do it in certain areas, such as being withing a certain range of something, or something like that, i mean i know they are cutting the exp gain when ur 60+ in the expantion, but bliz wouldn't do that, there has to be a catch somewhere...

the catch is that druids can ONLY use their flight form in OUTLAND.

which means theycant fly around either of the two original continents.
