Rogue 70 nice gold farming. MECH : World of Warcraft General Discussions

Ok, here goes. I always go into instances and see if there are any chests that my wifes Rogue can open being alone.

Then i saw a video of a rogue doing just that in Mech. although he only does one of the chest spawn points.

If you walk in mech and take either a left or right path, there will be a downward ramp on either side. While stealthed, at the top of the ramp if you look over the ledge there may be a chest right as you look off the edge.
what you do is watch the pats pattern and stay in between both the mobs at top of ramp and at bottom. Now as the pat goes down the Ramp you get on the edge and shoot the grp of mobs guarding the chest. Immediately back up as to not get killed by grenades. as soon as they start running use sprint,and evasion. then as they get close use cloak of shadows. now jump down on the chest and hit vanish at the same time, immediately start opening chest. you will open it right before they get there. so make sure your naked besides ranged and have autoloot turned on. you will loot then u can die and reset reapeat.


Now, if the chest is in third spot which is down the right side ramp and in the right corner of boss room. this one is harder (also this is the one i saw in video i take no credit for this part).

what you will do is get all the way in the corner and jump and tap forward after some practice you will land in the air and be able to jump on the ledge and head left back torwards boss. get on the second corner and slow walk as far out as you can. there is a mob that roams back and forth, when he gets in range of ranged weapon. You will distract him then shoot him... they wil take same path up that you took, and use the same spells as with other spawn points. when they get close jump down and run torwars chest (note: there is a mob to the right when you jump who may aggro, so vanish after he agros if he does if not vanish right before chest and open it ... BAM green or blue lvl 70 and 6g each run

Well i did say that i got one spot from a video, if you look on my info it says i am located in afghan, and the vid would only download halfway. Thus it only showed me one and i had to go figure out how to do the others. Either way i just thought it was cool and gave a little more help by telling which moves u need to use and when.

Also i do remember saying ii dont take credit for this part, which was the part i saw from the video you refer to

i just hope the full video loads for you, as it didnt for me which is what lead me to making the guide. have fun in two hours tho i did get 9 greens 1 blue 6 health pots 5 mana pots and about 70g........ not quite the 400 he said but it can reach that high if u get lucky
