Glider has had a stay of execution, until sometime this week. The judge came in on Friday and stated the order was to wait till this week. When I hear more, I will report more.

...............

What this is all about is that 2 years ago Blizzard began a lawsuit against MDY LLC, which is the company that owns MMOGlider (then WoWGlider). This is finally coming to a close and we are waiting to hear whether or not MDY will be able to continue selling MMOGlider.

If Blizzard wins, they will probably go after other bot companies. I MDY wins, not only will then continue to sell it, but other bot companies may open up or begin to re-sell their software, which had otherwise shut down from selling WoW related bots as of this last year.

2 Interesting notes...

Glider owes Blizzard 6 million in damages... and Mercury said there is no plans to close Glider down, should he not be forced to.

Glider version 1.8.0 has been released
We were going to beta this, but some of the bugs fixed are big. The biggest one is background on Vista with the new patch. If you're having issues with that, grab this update to avoid crazy mouse-jerk mania in background mode.

Keep in mind of course merc is going to say anything. If i said they might have to shut down he would loose customers.
