I would suggest only collect them as a hobby if you have lots of time and money.
I know several people who have collected TCGs and it takes about $100-150 a set to collect with the first set taking about $200-250 because it is generally larger.

eh. I am stuck in my decision because just because I grew out of the TCG and would never play another one doesnt automaticaly make it a bad thing. I would hope that this TCG would pull blizzard a ton of profit and that we could see more great things from them that are more in my interests. I guess ill vote yes.

I am definitely going to collect these as I am a very avid WoW fan from the time It has come out. I have a wow hat, wow strategy guide, 3 copies of the game, a wow atlas.... I don't have the collectors edition, sadly, because at launch I wasn't sure if I was going to like it :/ I'm also missing the artbook, and the lighters, and the tabletop game, but that's about it.

Anyway, the main reason I totally want these cards is because of the rare 'loot' cards with cosmetic upgrades, they're supposed to be super rare, so having one of the upgrades will be really special, and you'll also turn into a magnet for the a-holes who call you a nerd, etc

The TCG's are just going to pull people into "Real WoW" which is going to suck
