well considering the 40 splinters of ateish, eye of rag, head and base of ateish, thunderfury, ateish its self, and rags hammer id say about 46 legendary are attainable

Windfury and Hand of Rag yes but not Reds that will never happen

Reds WILL NEVER happen because only GMs can weild them, even if you got a red and you were the Required Level you still wouldn't be able to use it cause it says on a Red THIS IS A GM ITEM,
so nothing will drop it, no one can make it, and no one can get it from a chest

imagine the ebay price for the first lv70 character ^_^

Dude wowhomer they'll implement that stuff most probably later on, but as hard as legendaries are to get these will be WAY harder if they do add em.

And by GM weapon they most probably just mean that they're good weapons not normally attainable yet. But some of those "GM Weapons" are just made up from private servers.
