Membership : General & Trouble Shooting

I paid for the 1 year subscription membership and it was working fine for a week and now i cannot access any of the proper sections of the forums it keeps telling me that i need to become a premium member or this section is for premium members only.

Why is it paying members have their access removed ?

Your account shouldnt have its access removed let me check. You sure this is the account you have used? Because its not even showing up at all that you used this account to access the premium section. No records at all. Send an email to payment@tault.com with your account information including paypal email so this can be checked up on asap.

im at my work today and it seems to be working. Also if its not the account i used to sign up lol why does paypal say it is and also when i go into subscriptions it tells me that im a paid member lol.

anyway if it stops working ill let ya know via mail.
