Account Problem *Fixed* : General & Trouble Shooting

Did anyone else not get a premium account after paying ?

How many people are waiting ?

I'm no longer 'waiting' on them to give me the proper access that I paid for seeing as it's been over a week and no one ever responded to any of my emails or private messages. Instead, I'm now waiting on paypal to investigate their shady business practices.

they're only hurting themselves, hopefully someone will read their forums before they purchase and realize this. I too am having this issue

We are reading and working on it. WE have a giant list of things to do. Not shady but its being worked on as we speak.

Tault_toddgad: Your account seems to be having trouble. I created your account again with the same password and your user name is now instead toddgad. Try that as it should work now.

He's having trouble with using two xunleashed at once. Probably as there are no instructions for how to buy two "xunleashed accounts" he paid for both on the same forum account. Aka, he was charged twice but still only has one key.

You can only have one XUnleashed subscription per forum account. (Software can't handle two clients connecting with the same user/pass I guess.)

That's why there's an unused asl19fs account!!!!

Problems fixed for all. We are working our best lots of things to do give us some time to get things settled before you start flipping out haha.

Could I give the very sound advice that you create an account support forum?
XUnleashed.com had account problem posts all over the place and it was quite frankly annoying to a higher degree.

Any while you're at it general support forums for XUnleashed (like, where people can get help getting it to work) would be very nice. Admin seemed to think the problems would solved by others which just meant he drowned in PMs.
