Runescape : General & Trouble Shooting

Since i have been banned on Lineage 2 and dont fancy paying another £50 to play again, i have decided to go back and play good o'l runescape. The devs there have said it is immpossible to use cheats, hacks and macros on thier game, but surly it is possible as a macro is just a recording. So i would like to know if it is possible to do and if so would anyone be interested in writing one for it or giving me some pointers on how to do it myself

lag and a slow PC is a cheaters best friend in runescape.

Ask Microsoft, nothing is 100% secure. I'm sure if you look around you can find some 'hacks', exploits, macros, bots, etc with a little luck.
