What is the best Race/class/subjob (subjob is just extra)??????

So whats the best combination????????

there is no best combo really. race makes a small diffrence but i have seen taru plds tank hnm's better than galka plds. its all mostly your personnal preference.

its not as much the class as it is the person behind the keyboard imo

I'd say rdm is Best Class for soloing of monsters easy prey and lower. They can self heal, buff, enfeeble, possess near limitless mp, sleep mobs, etc. They're an integral part to HNM alliances or EXP parties.

BLM is best class for damage on end game mobs where melee create a skillchain

Nin/thf or Thf/nin are good at soloing high level mobs if they have evasion and parry capped

best Due Combos
Nin and Bard - Do mambos and mobs won't hit you

smn is used in most eng dame activitys because of its high damage output even if it is only once a min.

bst is used for cround controll in later hnm stuff rarely in the main alliance. great for soloing EM-VT mobs but its slow xp

Bst > If you want solo.
Brd/Pld > If you want parties, HNMLS, BCNMs and almost everything. ( IMO + personally experience...)
Others > Normal playing~ all jobs are relatively similar in terms of invites and stuff. Maybe white mage and red mage more, and dark knight less invites. (IMO)

Bst / Elv would be the best option i think, due to the high Vit and Chr base, which bst would require.

Pld / Galka- would give you the most HNM invites due to the high VIT and HP.
Pld / others- each race would have their own advantage.

Brd / anything would be good. Mithra would be the most challenging due to low CHR.

** However, how good it is still goes back to how the person plays it. So, this might act as a reference to some.

the best for "soloing" is bst/whm or nin since your not really solo since you got a pet. best to solo stuff is rdm/nin but then again bst can solo higher level stuff as long as their are charmable pets sooo yeah go bst its a huge channenge but well worth it
