did you actualy read his log? looks like he's launching, its running into an error, and exiting. He said its his first time using XU, and it looks to me like its shutting down before he does anything- most likely a config or driver issue (just guessing), but you can understand why he would post only a log- thats all he has to go on. His 'issue' is that he can't even launch the app. to follow your can analogy: he bought his first car, but it won't start- not being a mechanic, nor ever having even driven a car, what would you expect him to tell a mechanic asside from 'it don't work'. That, and it looks like english may not be his first language...
