Like, I know theyre farming but what exactly is it they are doing?

Might worth knowing thats all :)

They Farm this mini boss inside that drops blue item and by disenchanting it you get a
Large radiant Shard
that is worth around 5-10g maybe more taker 2 min to get in and get out.

he have a chest at his side and spawns litle undead mobs.
