No. Only 40 points are allowed to be distributed to those craft over 60.

Meaning: You can have 1 craft 100, and the rest 60. (Excludes fishing).

or 1 craft 90, the other 70, rest 60, Etc etc...

nope. Easiest way I understand it is you have 40 craft levels combined, that can be above 60. If you have 64 cooking, you have 36 points left to use on either cooking or anything else you want to push above 60.

If you have 90 leather and 70 cloth (for example) and you skill up leather to 91. Your cloth then gets capped to 69. If you were to increase your cloth by 1 your leather would cap at 89. If you left leather and cloth alone and skilled up wood to 61, I think then your highest craft (leather) would loose a level.

I don't know if the levels are lost all together or just capped. I think they are lost.

So i have cooking at 84 and have gs at 60... so if i go 76 goldsmith and start raising that to 77 then my cooking will go down to 83???

yes, your top skill will go down when your lower one goes up
