XU making EQ2 crash? : EverQuest 2 General Discussions

I used XU earlier just fine, but I just formatted and reinstalled EQ2, & XU and XU keeps making EQ2 crash. Any ideas? I have .Net framework 1.1 installed

prob have AMD processor and havnt installed the AMD temp fix.
