i agree with whoever on mining on lightnings blade a stack of copper bars goes for 2g. And what that takes u 10 minutes of farming copper. As a lvl 40 the best way i say is to stealth into lower lvl instances kikll only bosses and sell all the drops . yesterday i did Deadmines i got like 5g in 25 minutes. All i did was stealth to the first boss kill. Ythen to second kill. TRhen to the third 1(smite) then to vc then to cookie. The drops go for like 50s-1 a piece and like did that take long? Also i recomend farming Sm i know this is at higher lvl but the drops and kloot there go for alot. While in Sm it might be to difficult and not even worth t to sstealth to the boss. At that lvl each mob drops around 10s anyway so you can just clear th whole instancre and make 5-10g give or take. I have never done sm yet but ive heard and asked around for a range. And finnaly at lvl 60 get a good guild. farm zg. in my opinion best way to get gear and money. HBut that is way far away for now justn dont buy anything from AH at low lvls amzing gear isnt required. And mine alot all that u see . Even if it is like grey u still can get money for it. And unless u know a certain mob drops something id only grid on hummanoids.!)they drop $$ and 2) they drop cloths which ussualy sell for a lot even to vendors. So good luck

What a nice guy.

Anyways, he's still sort of right, just do lower level 5 man instances. They'll still load you up with cash/items/xp. There's no reason NOT to do them.

hehe as opposed to lower lvl 10 man instances

Coppers price will drop substantially after the AQ collection. Skinning, even after AQ, has a steadier price. You can skin while grinding solo for extra income. Light leather goes for 15s-25s a stack. Medium for 25-45... etc. It's not that hard to get, and a lot easier to harvest with than mining, because you don't have to chase specific spots for veins, you just have to find skinnable mobs =)
Just my 2cents. (Perfect deviate scales go for 1g-2g a piece){{From Wailing Caverns}}

You are a pally which mean you are alliance. The best way to get money then is when you get to 20 or 19 go kill the spider in duskwood they are everywhere on the coast and they drop spider silk. spider silk is a white item but it can be sold on ah for 3g. People buy spider silk instantly on ah. One time I post it on the trade channel and a guy pay me 6 g for one becuase he really need it. And it's a 25 percent drop so really good money there.

LoL.
Skinners + miners gain money as fast ...
... as people without crafting professions loose money on armor

Skinning/mining are the two best money makers. Herbalism is good, it just has a lot more varriants in it than the other two, making pricing harder. Heh. Just my input. BTW, pallies are always broke at lower levels. I feel your pain. Well, I felt it. But still.

Looking at Mavlikan's post it sounds like a good idea to run instances and sell the blues, but 5g every 25min is kinda bleh. I'm not even sure of the tradeskill I want my rogue to be, but I guess an alchemist would be nice. Anyone know of a good profession for a rogue? O_o
