"Cannot load Direct3d" when starting up FFXI + XU : FFXI General Discussions

Every time i start up XUnleashed and click "play" on playonline to start up FFXI, it goes black, blinks, and sends me back to POL with the error:

"Terminated as error occured in FINAL FANTASY XI. Failed to initialize Direct3D. Please check that this computer has the required specifications to run FINAL FANTASY XI. (-1)"

Only does it to me with XU started up
