Ashbringer. : World of Warcraft General Discussions

First, a bit of a background.

Highlord Mograine of the Scarlet Crusade was crafted a sword by Archmage Timolain which was supposed to be the bane of all undead. The sword and it's weilder got the name 'Ashbringer' because they slaughtered enemies so fast, he was sorrounded in falling ash. Mograine was corrupted by Kel'Thuzzad and is now one of the Four Horsemen (the last bosses of the Deathknight Wing in Naxxramas.) He drops a weapon called the 'Corrupted Ashbringer.' The stats are:

Durability 120 / 120
Requires Level 60
Equip : Inflicts the will of the Ashbringer upon the wielder.
Equip : Improves your chance to get a critical strike by 2%.
Equip : Improves your chance to hit by 1%.
Chance on Hit : Steals 185-216 life from the target enemy.

You may be astute enough to note the ability, "Inflicts the will of Ashbringer upon the weilder." When you have this sword on, you become friendly with the Scarlet Crusade. The entire quest of the Ashbringer can be found here, a very determined Korean hunter played out the entire chain to it's only possible end, the final possible part leading him to Outland, where we can not yet go (duh.)

Corrupted Ashbringer is Ashbringer, just, as the name implies, corrupted.

i guess it wont be less hunterish when its THE ONE either =)

The current stats on the legendary version will obviously be change, because they are worse than the stats on the epic. And Danielfile, it is Korean, not Japanese. Oh, and the link I provided that you were reading all the Korean on has english translations, if you managed to skip over those.

Oh I didn't hit the link, and that doesn't really look like japanese characters, maybe if you haven't seen both before but to me i can easily tell that's not japanese =)
