The Master Powers area intimidates, and then kills his target on the next attack. Everyone affected by the area intimidated will instantly die.

Example

1) Get multiple people attacking you outside for example theed.
2) Hit the area intimidate.
3) Kill a nuna close with you with your next attack.
4) Right away all of them will die.
5) Works only in PVP cant get it working in PVE

this was in the last patch 2 days ago, but alot of fixes in that patch didnt work so i cant say for sure that this have been nerfed yet
