Easy Way to lvl up? : World of Warcraft General Discussions

im a lvl 31 and its taking for ever to lvl up. Is there anyone who can tell me a good spot to lvl, and reach some serious gold for FREE ?

First of all its going to really depend what class and faction you play for. I could name quite a few situations that would play out completely different depending on if your horde/alliance and your class. As for the gold thing there isnt going to be a really easy/free way to obtain gold. If it was easy and free you obviously wouldnt have a hard time getting any. I could post some helpful ideas but really need to know your class/faction to really be of any use.

for gold
take mining/skinning or Herbalism/skinning and sell all the things you get from that in the AH.
You can take mining/Herbalism but i wouldnt suggest it because you can't locate herbs and veins in your mini-map at the same time.

I am currently doing mining/skinning until level 20-30 then switching to engineering and powerleveling that with all the ore i have stockpiled

I'd say at 31 you hit up grinding in Thousand Needles and stay there for a few lvls, you could also go to Stranglethron Vale and grind on those wizard geomancer goblins off to east of Nessinways, I cant remember exactly what they are called right now. If you have some like odd levels where grinding doesnt work, go to a new area and complete all the quests and get to the next lvl and begin grinding again. I dont have much for gold, id say fishing for deviates is the best way to get gold at your lvl, and when you hit up like 50s and near 60 pick up enchanting and that will bring a load of gold in once you get the recipes like crusader.

Take up skinning, and get a questing guide, it helps you stay on track and not dawdle around, and it ensures you (generally) arent doing too much grinding.

I'm almost to Lvl 14, but getting there and higher is really a chore. I understand you need to defeat villians that are close to your level, but if you continue to defeat lower level villians, how long will it take. Just curious.
