Alright it should start out like this

Macro 1

/ui action targetSelf;
/ui action cycleTargetOutward;
/attack;
/loot;
/pause 10;
/ui action toolbarSlot00;

this one should go in the spot on the toolbar where you press 1

you dont have to pause, its just for healing
