WoW account billing sucks : World of Warcraft General Discussions

I phoned Blizzards so called helpline to inform them that my account is frozen due to my subscription expiring and if they would be so kind to give me one free evening of play untill i go out and buy a new pre paid game card as the shop was shut when i got there this evening.

them cheap &$$%&^'s wouldn't give me even 6 hours hour free play untill i purchased a new game card in the morning
Even when i informed them that i lose at least 6 hours play every week when they apply patches, the mean guy on the phone said its upto the customer to make sure their subscription has available play time and they don't give any free play even to loyal customers for the past 2 years

Well Blizzard doesn't really care about you, they know you are going to pay anyway

Well keep in mind if they bend the rules then others can force them to bend the rules. It can cause alot of problems if they dont follow thier rules strictly. Could even wind up being a stupid suit.

I wish wow was free like guild wars

That'd be kind of redundant if he gave you time honestly imo.

And WoW is better than GW in my opinion. You get what you pay for =D

how much does a gamecard cost in USA by the way.. they cost about 30 € here in Finland

I buy them on ebay all the time for 15 - 20$ Just gotta find them at the right time. but in any 3 month period.. you can definetly find a few.

Yer i no wow is better thn gw but i would love it if it were free and i wouldn't spend it on alchalhol or whores i'd spend it on normal stuff e.g. pizza mmmm... pizzzzzza....

Lmfao you made a post about that its 6 hrs maybe during those 6 hrs get a life hangout with some friends get !@#$%^&* faced or something its only 6 hrs... o yea and if it wasnt P2P then WoW would equal crap gameplay and no update every few months adding new content if it wasnt P2P it would be alot like GW witch = Crap it isnt really a mmorpg the outside world itself is small thier only instants no real world you haft to party with people to see them outside that game is a total waste I wont lie i had that game on Pre order i had it the day it came out then got online went outside and said WTF they didnt say nething about a empty world... bastards i want my 49.99 back

Hmmm... watch the "go get a life" comments, people don't take those too lightly. And dhughes (can't remember if he was banned or not? i get people mixed up) don't double post.

the only downside to having to pay for wow is that if you have alot of accounts it gets expensive, but if they were free it would bee a one time charge of 50 bucks for the cd keys and then you could have like 5 accounts or a year or two of paying for one account.

Or 10 bucks per month instead of 15.
