Exclusive Trading Cards in PC Gamer and Maximum PC

Two exclusive trading cards for the World of Warcraft Trading Card Game
have been packed into current newsstand copies of PC Gamer Magazine
(Holiday issue - on sale November 14th) and Maximum PC (December
issue - on sale November 21st). Each magazine contains one of the two
cards, which are fully game-playable, so check out these publications for a
chance to enhance your deck.

These cards exclusive to these two magazines, so if you play the WoW
TCG I recommend you get those editions before they sell out; because
they are limited edition.

no it cannot, its only an exclusive card/s to the PC Gamer and Maximum PC magz. and Im a subscriber to both hehe.
