Just a simple idee : Vanguard Submissions

I was wondering if this could be possible. I readed threw some topics here and there. And maybe there is a possibility for this to actualy work. I don't have the knoladge to try this ( yet ) so maybe some of the pro's here could test it out.

The idee is simple.
A low level guy creates a group with 3 low level guyz and 1 high level guy. ( or something in that order ) Than the high level guy starts to kill some mobs of a sufficient higher level than the lowbies in the team. Than when the mob is ALMOST dead the high level guy leaves the team ( or gets kickd by the team creater ) and he kils the mob. Would the low level guyz recieve the big XP for killing the big mob ? Or does the game look at who did the most damage ?

Just a idee. And i know it once workd in several games. So just wondering if it would be the same in VG ?
