are cheats safe to use in WOW : World of Warcraft General Discussions

Hi, I have a question:
Are the wow cheats here safe to use? will I get ban or kick out by the gm? which are the most useful cheats in wow. I am a night elf hunter lvl31. is the gold cheat true or just scam?[/b]

Quick Answers:

No, Cheats in wow can get you banned, so be careful.

Yes, There is a high probability that you will get banned or atleast suspended for using cheats or exploits (if caught).

Useful cheats? Fishing Bobber, but currently there aren't really any real good cheats for wow out there to assist you.

Gold Cheat (Lag dupe) did work when the game originally came out, but currently does not work. The person that runs the wow gold dupe site knows this, but figured some idiots would still pay him money for it, so why not keep it up.

As for most other cheats you hear about for wow, which are suppose to increase either money, stats, or exp are normally a scam. Besides macro process programs (Example: wowglider), but if caught kiss your sorry account arse good bye.

I would add though that the cyberfish bot that is on this forum is excellent, and unless you use it like a !@#$%^&* and fish for 200 hours straight it is quite difficult to get banned from it, and is an easy way to lvl your fishing / make gold. There are also excellent guides on where to lvl and farm, and certain exploits in the game that aren't really bannable.

Things like speed hacks and fighting bots though are pretty easy to detect.

i think what crabbie was asking is which, if any, of the particular cheats, bots, hacks etc provided on this site are not yet detected by WoW and "relatively" safe. I'd also like to know. I'm sure a fair amount of the ones listed under "working cheats" are now detected and in effect "nerfed"
