Id like to know how does site that sell you a lv 60 charr work. Do they use your account or do they transfer from an account to your ? plz help

I have transfered a char from 1 account to another. The clue here is that they need the exact same name and adress etc...

If you are thinking of buying a char i think you will get a complete account. Then you can change all the details of that account to your own and finally transfer the char to your own account so you dont pay for 2 accounts.

Then again, this is hypothetical because i have never acctually bought a char.

I did transfer one for a friend of mine.

no you can transfere characters from one account to the other without it bieng the same information i traded my rogue for my friends mage n we just transfered them to each others account.

I saw in the site that the last name(or the entire name) has to be the same, i tought i could change it by the time the transfer will happen but i can't change my name on the account name. Will i need to create another account to match the info's?

i dont remember exactly how we did it we did it like a year ago.

Our character transfer service for World of Warcraft is designed to allow characters to be moved not only between realms, but also between accounts. For a minimal fee, you may move a character from one of your accounts to another registered to your name. Character transfers are intended only between accounts which are registered to the same user. You will be required to verify both accounts, and the last name on each account must match. At this time it is not possible to bypass this restriction, even amongst friends and family.

I've transferred 3 characters so far, no problems.

You cannot transfer characters to your account from an account with someone elses name on it. I've tried. I've even called and asked them to transfer to my account. No dice.

when you buy an account, get ready to pay for 2 accounts, or drop one, and enjoy the new OMG PURPZ ! account you bought.
