L2 - New Race: Arteias? : Lineage 2 General Discussions

In our last poll, we asked your thought on Interlude. By a landslide, everyone wanted to know when the new race was going to be released. We haven't had any "official" information as of yet, but a"teaser" information keeps popping up, just like this video on the Korean site.

We are preparing a new race, which can be started by both existing and new players. It is difficult to discuss all the details; however, it will allow for a new style of fun, differentiated from the existing classes.

From the NA Official site, it appears that there is more information:

"The winged race of arteias was freedom-loving and possessed undying curiosity. Giants wanted to capture and subjugate the free-flying creatures, but as soon as an arteia was locked up in a cage, it quickly lost its strength and died. Giants were left with no choice but to allow the arteias to fly free. The arteias visited the city of giants to give them news from other parts of the world."

Taken from the creation of the races background lore..one has to wonder how long it will be before something official comes out.

The only question remains...will *you* abandon your existing character and "reroll" as an arterias? Tell us in our poll..is it HOT? or NOT?
