Ok, for one your gonna need to say what you submitted(i.e. which section) and secondly, they will see it, you dont need to announce it.

I vote we add it in the rules that this is not allowed. It happens way to much and no one cares when someone whines about no one looking at their submission. If your submission is not getting yays or responses its probably because it sucks balls and no one wants it.
