It still works, I did it today.
It takes more action for sure, but a 150+ Stamina buff, Thaktillo and a Con/Stam suit worked well. It takes more effort sure but still worked for me.

It takes a certain % of action so all the stam in the world wont matter.

Thats correct, you run outta stam pretty quick even buffed. .even grp afk with an officer feeding you action. Its nerfed. The also stopped the amount of pop-ups working, which is how this works in first place

How exactly are you getting this to work? I used the same macro as in the nerfed one and it wont let me do more than one sample..

Can you post your macro and buffs please?

Nerfed. You now run out of action even if you are not exploiting it and wearing a full action reduction suit. If you run out of action when not exploiting can you imagine if you are? It wouldn't last 2 samples.

You can hand sample at approx BER 25 using a macro like this one:

/ui action defaultButton;
/pause 6;
/sample;
/macro (name)

Ive tested it right next to my elite harvy. But you CANT use the old one, for sure.

i have tested this my self and could not get this working but added an extra line in it

/ui action defaltButton;
/pause 6;
/stand;
/sample;
/macro(name)

i have not tested the speed or played with the timings as yet but you can afk sample like before
