Chest for farming : FPS / MMORPG / RTS Discussion

In Picadilly Circus Approach, there is a a 3 story building you can go inside. On the top floor there is a silver chest that looks different from all the other standard chests. It also has a higher drop rate than a normal chest.

On average I get at least 1 or 2 blues and every other run I get one legendary.

Sometimes the building doesnt spawn, but that is like 1 out of 10 or so runs (or maybe I was too F'ed up to find it), but I definately do shul then run to chest and wash rinse repeat if i want to farm.
